Sample Chapter By Laws and Constitution

Does anyone know where I can find a sample constitution and by laws for our new chapter?  Supposedly they are on the SHH website, but I can’t find the link.  All I can find are the national by laws.

    Follow the link “SHH Forms” on the right and the fourth one down is SHH Model Bylaws. Good luck, we’re just starting this year too.
