What information do we collect?
We collect information from sponsors and schools/districts when placing orders, applying for contests or scholarships, subscribing to our e-mail-list, responding to a survey, discussing a chapter/member, filling out a form, or contacting us.
When ordering, sponsors are asked to enter their full name, their school e-mail, school's mailing address, school's phone number, school's fax number and thier home phone number (or cell) for us to reach the sponsor if necessary. Anyone may, however, visit our web site anonymously.

What do we use the information for?
Any of the information we collect is used only to contact sponsors and/or schools and their districts:

To discuss Sociedad business.
To respond to questions/requests.
To discuss orders.
To discuss billing.
To improve customer service.
To process transactions.
To administer contests, promotions, surveys, etc.
To send periodic e-mails.
To discuss other business related issues concerning chapters, sponsorship, validity of memberships, etc.
The email address provided for order processing, will be used to send information and updates pertaining to orders, in addition to receiving occasional Sociedad news, updates, or service information, etc.

Note: If at any time you would like to unsubscribe from receiving future e-mails, we include detailed unsubscribe instructions at the bottom of each e-mail. However, please note, e-mail is the ONLY way for us to reasonably disseminate new information about the Sociedad in a timely fashion directly to sponsors, so we need at least one valid e-mail address to reach each current chapter sponsor.

How do we protect your information?
We implement a variety of security measures to maintain the safety of personal information.

Do we disclose any information to outside parties?
We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer information to outside parties without consent.
