All the organizations on our CONTACT_OUR_PARTNERS page are separate entities and each need to have their payments and paperwork remitted to their individual respective organizations. Payments and/or paperwork sent to the wrong organization can cause serious delays in service.
PLEASE NOTE: All Sponsors of SHH and SHA chapters as well as all teachers who want their students to take the National Spanish Exam MUST be current members of the AATSP to place any orders. AATSP memberships run from January 1 to December 31 of each year.
PAYMENTS ARE TO BE REMITTED TO OUR ORGANIZATIONS AS FOLLOWS:
- High School Student Membership Orders and High School Chapter Charter Applications remit to the SHH.

Senior College Scholarships
Twelve - $2,000.00 and forty - $1000.00 scholarships will be awarded this year to graduating senior members of SHH. Application blanks are enclosed in this packet. Completed applications must be postmarked no later than December 15.
(Only one application per chapter will be accepted.)
ONLY APPLICATIONS SUBMITTED ON THE FORM PRINTED IN THE OFFICIAL (MAILED) BECAS Y PREMIOS PACKET WILL BE ACCEPTED.
Bertie Green Junior Travel Awards
Twenty-four trips will be awarded to junior class members of SHH. Scheduled departure is usually mid-July. Applications for these awards are enclosed in the official (mailed) Becas y Premios packet. Completed applications must be postmarked no later than December 15.
(Only one application per chapter will be accepted.)
ONLY APPLICATIONS SUBMITTED ON THE FORM PRINTED IN THE OFFICIAL (MAILED) BECAS Y PREMIOS PACKET WILL BE ACCEPTED.
Chapter of the Year
Chapter of the Year award winners earns $150.00 and a plaque to the sponsors of up to five chapters whose quality and quantity of activities, numbers of contributions to ¡ALBRICIAS! and general efforts in promoting the goals of the SHH are exemplary. Completed applications must be postmarked no later than April 15.
ONLY APPLICATIONS SUBMITTED ON THE FORM PRINTED IN THE OFFICIAL (MAILED) BECAS Y PREMIOS PACKET WILL BE ACCEPTED.
Activity of the Year
Activity of the Year contest winners earn - respectively - $100.00, $75.00 and $50.00 to the chapters whose activities are judged the best in both the short and long-term categories. Up to six total awards will be given. Completed applications must be postmarked no later than April 15.
ONLY APPLICATIONS SUBMITTED ON THE FORM PRINTED IN THE OFFICIAL (MAILED) BECAS Y PREMIOS PACKET WILL BE ACCEPTED.
¡Albricias!
¡ALBRICIAS! All student contributions chosen for ¡ALBRICIAS! are awarded $35.00 each. $50.00 will be awarded to each artist whose drawing is chosen for a cover of the magazine. Drawings must be related to Hispanic culture and be submitted in black ink only. No color or pencil can be used. Size must not exceed 8 x 10.

Best of ¡ALBRICIAS!
Best of ¡ALBRICIAS! Each year there are three - $100.00, three - $75.00 and three - $50.00 awards for a total of nine given in the categories of poetry, prose and graphics. Winners are chosen by the National Council from all student contributions published throughout the year.

John Temple State Director of the Year
The John Temple State Director of the Year will be awarded a plaque and an all-expense-paid trip covering travel, room for convention days and $50.00 per diem for meals to attend the Annual AATSP Conference in July. A sponsor can only receive this award once. The President of SHH selects the winner.

Mario Fierros Award for Excellence
The Mario Fierros Award for Excellence will be awarded to an SHH sponsor who has given exemplary service to the SHH during the year. Sponsors who have been a member of the National Council in the last eight years are ineligible. The awardee will receive a plaque and an all-expense-paid trip covering travel, room for convention days and $50.00 per diem for meals to attend the AATSP Conference in July. A sponsor can only receive this award once.

VIDEO CLIP PROMOTION CONTEST
Each year, prizes are awarded to pairs of winning students for their one minute video clip. 1st place, $100 each, 2nd place $75 each, 3rd place $50 each. Two students are to record a short video clip, no more than one minute in length, that promotes activities of SHH at your school. The video could include Sociedad events, community service projects, initiation, why belong to SHH, etc. Video clips should include humor and be fun to watch. Video clips should not include references to sex, drugs, tobacco or alcohol. The video clip can be in the format of a TV commercial, movie short, jingle, song, etc.

BECAS Y PREMIOS PACKET ON-LINE VERSION (click here)
Becas y Premios contains information about the awards that are available to student members and Chapter Sponsors through the SHH. Each fall one Becas y Premios packet is mailed to each active chapter sponsor ("Active" means your chapter paid the SHH National Office for at least one official student membership within the last school year.)
Students/Sponsors interested in applying for any of these awards must use the CURRENT OFFICIAL APPLICATIONS in the Becas y Premios packet that is mailed each fall to "active" chapters, NOT from on-line, or past issues. The full official application forms for the contests do not appear on the website, or in the on-line version of the Becas y Premios packet.
PLEASE NOTE: only one student member per chapter can apply for the Bertie Green Junior Travel Award and only one student member per chapter can apply for the Joseph Adams Senior Scholarship each school year.
